First of all, I generally hate dealing with any type of contractors, whether they be carpet cleaners, plumbers, general contractors, etc. – just my personality. But in this case, I loved dealing with Steve and Shannon. They were friendly, professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. There was a misunderstanding(my fault) of what I wanted that I didnt realize until after they had left, and they came back and corrected it at no charge. How often do you find that dedication to customer service!
